The focus of my work has always been teaching people how to drive down anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and anger. The tools I will teach you are highly effective and include behavioral therapy, mindfulness & meditation. You will feel empowered and happier with dramatically reduced stress levels.

These tools are incredibly helpful in lowering stress in the best of times but never have these tools been more beneficial. I work via online video and phone. In addition to the once-a-week meeting, I provide daily support through between session practice skills & interaction. I can help you if you have anxiety, depression, sleep issues, overwhelm & more.
