90-day Mindful Rational Living Program

 

If anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and anger plague your life there is HOPE.   Maybe you have tried traditional talk therapy or medication and yet still feel held back. It doesn’t have to be that way.  I teach clients how to transform painful thinking loops and negative self-talk to states of joy, calm and ease. The 90-day Mindful Rational Living program’s power comes from its multifaceted approach:

  • Weekly one-on-one sessions
  • Daily client interaction and support through assignments
  • Meditation instruction
  • Mindfulness instruction
  • Goal setting

You will feel compassionately supported and encouraged throughout the program.  Upon completion, there will be an exciting, new and healthy way of looking at life and empowerment over destructive emotions and habit patterns. The focus is on 100% responsibility and changes are measured daily.

  • Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness Training
  • Meditation Instruction
