If you are a teen, or have a teen, that feels overwhelmed, I can help.  My work utilizes behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. The combination of my approach means fast results.

I so enjoy working with teens. My style is strength based and the goal is to improve self-esteem while dramatically reducing destructive emotions. I am compassionate and bring a sense of humor while pushing teenagers to grow.

Teens are under so much pressure to perform well in school, compete in sports, and keep up with peers. Navigating adolescence with the barrage of social media means they do not get a break from peer pressure and stressors. It is an incredibly challenging world to navigate and can lead to high levels of anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, and anger. This is the ideal time for them to learn tools to reduce these destructive emotions, learn self-compassion, and look inward for guidance. Gaining skills now will prepare them for life after high school.
